Verwer Training & Consultancy Ltd is very pleased to be involved with the following events:
- Free event – Practical Aspects of PROFIBUS & PROFINET in Factory Automation.
Taking place on Tuesday 27th October at Siemens offices at Sir William Siemens House, Princess Rd, Manchester, Lancashire, M20 2UR. Places can be booked through Ann Squirrell at The PROFIBUS Group
- Free event – Practical Aspects of PROFIBUS in Process.
Taking place on Thursday 29th October at the Hilton Strathclyde Hotel, Phoenix Crescent, Strathclyde, Bellshill, ML4 3JQ, Scotland. Places can be booked through Ann Squirrell at The PROFIBUS Group
- PROFIBUS & PROFINET User Conference 2010
The seventh annual conference run by The UK PROFIBUS Group to be held at Stratford Manor, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire on 29th and 30th June 2010.
Running over two days with an exhibition and two streams of presentations and practical demonstrations. The material will cover both basic and advanced techniques wiich is suitable for both newcommers and experienced people. The practical workshops are particularly helpful where real equipment is made available for demonstration and hands-on practice under the guidance of an expert.
The technical sessions offer presentations on the latest developments in PROFIBUS, PROFINET and PROFIsafe technology for factory and process automation. The programme places great emphasis on serving the needs of the User community, i.e. companies that own, operate, design, build or maintain manufacturing facilities and process plant. The aim is to offer examples of successful projects and provide an insight into the system capabilities to assist companies make the transition from conventional to fieldbus systems as easily as possible, without the use of jargon.
The workshop sessions are designed to promote audience participation and so there will be opportunities to explore for yourself how PROFIBUS and PROFINET equipment and techniques are used in practice. With live demonstrations of the actual tools used in calibration and maintenance, the programme will be of great value to Instrument Technicians/Engineers, C&I Engineers and System Engineers involved in design, operation and maintenance of modern process and manufacturing plant. The carefully organised schedule means that you can attend hands-on sessions without having to miss an important presentation.
The event is supported by a free of charge exhibition with interactive displays and technology demonstrations from the UK PROFIBUS Competence Centre, and by leading product vendors, trainers, consultants and systems integrators. Verwer Training & Consultancy Ltd will have a stand and will be demonstrating ProfiTrace Ultra and other new Procentec products on a working system.
